		realty:	- depending on the location 20-50 €/m²
		construction:	- for wage-intensive work approx. 50% below western standard (e.g. tiler, carpenter, electrician etc.) - for material-intensive work approx. 20% below western standard (e.g. shell, roof, heating/plumbing)
		material:	- comparable or slightly above western standard
		engineering:	- approx. 1.000€ with existing drawings or very detailed ideas - approx. 2.000€ with ordering architectural services (individual design)
		consulting:
		* property purchase	- 1.000€ (assortment up to 5 objects)
		* planning/preparation	- 2..5% of the construction volume (depending on own contribution, 5% for full-service)
		* site supervision	- 2..5% of the construction volume (depending on own contribution, 5% for full-service)
		* travelling	- cost for travelling are not included in the service fees and will be charged according actual expenses
