In the
recent major project a 20.000m² (215.000 sq yd) site in the “Elbe-River-Bow” is
going to be developed as a residential area. The construction phase is

The site
is located at the road connecting Jaroměř with Trutnov close to the
castle Kuks nearby Dvůr Králové. Next to it are the lower meadows of the
Elbe river. Those won’t be released for construction, so they will be kept in
the current status. |

The village Heřmanice is located half-way between the Giant Mountains and Hradec Králové. Both can be reached by car within 30min. The planned highway from Prague to Náchod (and further to Poland) will have its closest exit 10km away. After its finalization Prague can be reached within 1hour. |
